Do you ship pieces globally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
How many days does it take to ship a product?
Our garments are handcrafted meticulously for you, hence the time to dispatch may vary from product to product. Generally, we would require 5-12 weeks. The estimated delivery time for each product is mentioned on the product page.
Please Note:- Post Shipment, the courier takes somewhere around 8 to 10 business days to deliver the item.
What are the Shipping Charges?

- Shipping charges apply to all international orders. A standard fee of INR 5,000 will be applicable.
Why does it take 5-12 weeks to deliver an outfit?
The garments we make are individually handcrafted for you with meticulous craftsmanship. Time is the essence in the process of producing your Kiyohra garment. Every step is taken forward with a lot of care and patience.
Garments with embroidery will be delivered in 8-12 weeks and garments with lesser/no embroidery can be delivered in 5-6 weeks. We would like to clarify that this isn’t always how long a piece usually takes. It all depends on how busy we are at the moment/our schedules and order timelines. This is why it is advisable to place your order a couple of months in advance so that there is enough time for the production of the garment.
What are the additional charges?
- We note that additional charges are applicable on all orders being customized that involve any kind of addition in embroidery/fabric.
- Further, for plus sizes, 'XL' and above (bust size 40.5 inch and above), we charge a 10% to 15% additional charge on the retail product price.
- We also charge an additional fee for all alterations done on products bought at a sale/discount.
- There will be additional shipping charges for all international orders.
Are there any additional charges for sizes XL onwards?

Other additional charges include: additional embroidery/fabric charges based on any sort of customisation, and additional shipping charges on international orders.
Can I cancel/ exchange/ return my order?
Each Kiyohra garment is individually handcrafted and made especially for you. As a result, we do not accept any cancellations nor offer exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Do I have to pay the Custom Duty Charges?
Yes, customs duty charges are to be borne by the client. As per international shipping regulations, any item crossing borders is subject to duties and taxes imposed by the importing country. For further details regarding applicable charges and procedures, we recommend contacting your local customs authority.
Can I order COD (Cash On Delivery)?
We apologise, but we currently do not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for domestic or international orders. All orders are required to be prepaid.
How can I check the status of my product?
We will email you the tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track the order on the concerned courier partner’s website.
Do you offer customizations in color, size and addition/removal of sleeves and embroidery?
Customization is available for color and size. How do I know my size?
We refer to our standard size chart as displayed on the product page. However, we encourage you to send your measurements after placing an order to have the product made specifically to your size. In case of any questions regarding the size chart, feel free to contact us.
I have placed an order and wanted to check if it would be possible to have it shipped earlier than the estimated delivery timeline.
Generally, we would require 5-12 weeks for production + delivery. However, in some cases, we may be able to dispatch your order sooner depending on how busy our schedule is at that given time. Does the product color look the same as the image?
All Kiyohra pieces are handcrafted and thoughtfully created for you. Given the intricate and exclusive nature of our garments, we ensure that each product is photographed under standard lighting conditions to present the most accurate representation possible.
However, slight variations in the color of fabrics, dyes, prints, or embroidery may occur between the images displayed on your screen and the actual product, due to differences in lighting and screen settings across devices.
How do I get my outfit altered?
All Kiyohra garments include an approximate 4-inch margin for adjustments. While measurements are taken with precision and alterations are typically minimal, we are happy to assist with any required changes.
For international orders, we recommend that minor alterations be carried out locally for ease and convenience. If you choose to have alterations done at our studio in Mumbai after receiving your outfit, we would be happy to assist. Kindly note that all shipping and applicable customs charges for both directions will need to be borne by the client.
For garments purchased during a sale or at a discounted price, alterations will be chargeable. The cost will vary depending on the nature and extent of the alteration.
For outfits purchased on sale/discount, we charge additionally for any alteration required. The charges will vary depending on the alteration.
I shopped the product from a multi-designer outlet. Can any alterations be done?
