OVERVIEW

Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from www.kiyohra.com please note that your use of www.kiyohra.com constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future www.kiyohra.com service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with www.kiyohra.com, whether or not included in the www.kiyohra.com website, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. If it is not acceptable, kindly refrain from accessing or visiting our site.

 

PLACING AN ORDER

All orders are bespoke and handcrafted meticulously for you. Please allow 8-12 weeks for the delivery of the item.

 

SIZING 

We accept orders in all sizes visible on each product. We also accept custom orders for custom measurements. Please contact us by sending an email to info@kiyohra.com or WhatsApp us on +91 8850024048 with your custom sizing inquiry, and we will get back to you within 24-72 hours.

For plus sizes, above XL (bust size 41 inches and above), we charge a 10% to 15% additional charge on the retail product price, depending on the size customization.

 

CUSTOMIZATION

Color customization and minor silhouette customizations (silhouette adjustments include: adding or removing sleeves, trains, adjusting necklines etc.) can be catered to with your custom measurements. To do so, we request you to contact us by sending an email on info@kiyohra.com or WhatApp us on +91 8850024048 with your custom sizing inquiry and we will get back to you within 24-72 hours.

 

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. 

Shipping within India is free. 

For International shipments, charges are applicable, i.e. above INR 5000 approximately as per location, weight and volume of the shipment. 

Products will be delivered within 5-12 weeks from the time of purchase (depending on the style and amount of embroidery on the garment).

 

DELIVERY-TAXES & DUTIES 

For Customers in India 

Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International Customers 

Most international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning the product prices displayed are exclusive of any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes. These charges are determined by the regulations of the destination country and are to be borne by the customer. Payment of applicable duties and taxes is required at the time of delivery for the release of the shipment from customs. For further details, we recommend contacting your local customs authority.

Kiyohra is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by customs clearance, regulatory procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

BILLING

The price of our merchandise is inclusive of the GST (Goods & Services Tax) applicable. Shipping within India is free. Shipping outside of India is approximately INR 5000. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. 

 

RETURNS

Since all orders are Made-To-Order & handcrafted individually for you, we do not accept any exchanges or returns. It is recommended to check for your size requirements before you place an order. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same.

 

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the textures and colors of our products that appear on www.kiyohra.com. However, as embroidery textures and colors can be subjective to the viewer and may vary during our editing process, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor; we cannot guarantee that the textures and colors you see on the website and your monitor will be 100% accurate.

 

HANDMADE NATURE 

Delicate and fragile fabrics, embellishments and crystal beads are used in the creation of Kiyohra garments, which are individually handcrafted. Each Kiyohra garment is unique, and it is normal for there to be slight imperfections and variations in finish, color and fabrication. Embellishments and fabric may change in color with time and wear, adding to the charm and individuality of Kiyohra's garments. Minor inconsistencies in the fabric do not indicate flaws. Rather, they attest to the unique craftsmanship involved in creating each garment. Kiyohra is not liable for minor faults and flaws that are considered normal in individually handcrafted products.  

 

CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER 

As each Kiyohra garment is made-to-order, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns, nor do we provide any refunds once an order has been placed.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you use the Site or send emails or other data, information, or communication to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us through electronic records. You consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically and as needed. We will communicate with you by email or by an electronic record on our Site, which will be deemed adequate service of notice / electronic record.
